The following bill to amend the Magna Carta is presented to the Legislature for a vote by Repentant Jihadi and Amazing Family Jewels concerning nomination procedure for candidates to elected office in Capitalist Paradise: "Upon vacancy or lawful challenge to elected office in Capitalist Paradise, a nomination window of no less than 96 hours is opened by the POL (or Delegate for POL elections) for Nations to announce their candidacy. The field of challenging candidates shall number no more than five, plus the incumbent if he/she chooses to vie for re-election. In the event more than five Nations announce candidacy, the list shall be culled in favor of seniority per Nations of Capitalist Paradise/Length of Residency."
