I was in the eastern pacific region and there was a "Vocalist" branch added to the government instead of the traditional American Democratic Republic hierarchy . Food for thought. basically another form of oversight through peer feedback on policy. Redundant in the real world because nobody is really listening to what anybody else has to say just trying to stay with the herd.
